Background: Mr. Moura comes to Pono Pacific with a strong education and research background. He has led Pono Pacific’s O‘ahu field crews in the Army ‘Elepaio and NAVFAC projects for the last several years. He leads the crews in predator control, monitoring, vegetation control, and native habitat restoration through miles of mountainous terrain across the island. Mr. Moura strives to add value to each of the projects he works on. Mr. Moura enjoys research, data collection, and analysis. Mr. Moura’s hobbies include tending to his aquaponics garden and exploring Hawaii’s mountains.
